Mr. Habel Kurian Pullukkottayil has done his M.Sc. (Chemistry) from Kerala University and a Research Scholar from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. He is a retired I.A.S. and during his career he served in General Administration, Rural Development, Tax Administration, School Education, Labour Welfare and Industrial Disputes.

He has vast experiences in the field of Industrial Development, Industrial Financing, Industrial Investment Promotion, Revenue & Land Administration and Disaster Management. After his retirement from IAS he joined as Chairman of Kerala Real Estate Regulatory Authority.

Mr.Habel Kurian Pullukkottayil has been appointed as an Independent Director on the Board of EICL Limited w.e.f., 6th February, 2024.
