Mr. Firdose Vandrevala has done his B. Tech. from IIT, Kharagpur and MBA from Xavier’s Labour Relations Institute, Jamshedpur. Mr. Firdose has an extensive experience of about 45 years in the various Companies like Tata Power, Essar Steel, Hirco Developments, Motorola, India and hold the top positions such as Chairman and Managing Directors in that Companies. Presently he is the Founder Chairman & Managing Director of “The Firm” since 2017.

Mr. Firdose is currently serves on the Board of IIM, Raipur and IIM, Lucknow that are among the Top 10 Management Institutes in the country. He is also the Managing Trustee of the Maneckji Cooper Education Trust School in
Mumbai. He has been actively involved with the Industry bodies. He has been the Chairman of Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) East, CII West, member of the National Governing Council of CII and President of All India
Management Association (AIMA).

Mr. Firdose has appointed as an Independent Director on the Board of EICL Limited (‘the Company”) w.e.f. 25 th May, 2021.
